Learning Beyond the Classroom: Our Memorable Tour to Entebbe & Jinja

Our recent educational tour took learners on an exciting journey to Entebbe and Jinja, giving them the chance to explore Uganda beyond the classroom walls. With their backpacks full and eyes wide with curiosity, the pupils boarded the school bus for a two-day trip packed with learning, discovery, and joy.

In Entebbe, the children visited the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (Zoo), where they observed various animals and learned about conservation. They also explored the Botanical Gardens, identifying different plant species and appreciating the importance of nature. In Jinja, they marveled at the Source of the Nile, took a boat ride, and learned about the historical significance of the river to Uganda and East Africa.

The trip was not only educational but also packed with fun moments — from group games and storytelling to shared meals and songs on the bus. Our learners returned with broad smiles, new knowledge, and unforgettable memories. This tour was a perfect blend of learning, bonding, and adventure, and we look forward to more enriching experiences like this.

Serving in Faith: A Graceful Sunday at Our Church

On a special Sunday, our pupils proudly took the lead in the church service, where they represented the school with great discipline and reverence. From ashering guests to participating in praise and worship, the learners demonstrated true character and a strong sense of spiritual service.

The highlight of the day was the presentation of gifts to the priest, offered with love and gratitude on behalf of the entire school. The pupils also participated in scripture readings, led prayers, and supported various parts of the liturgy, leaving a lasting impression on the congregation.

It was a beautiful moment of faith, community, and service, as our learners honored both God and the role of the church in their growth. We are grateful for the opportunity to nurture children who are not only academically strong but also spiritually grounded and community-minded.

Examination Week: Focus, Effort & Academic Discipline

The school recently concluded its end-of-term examinations, a week marked by focus, determination, and a strong sense of responsibility among our learners. Each class sat for papers in all core subjects, demonstrating the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired over the term.

Teachers and staff ensured that the entire process was smooth, organized, and supportive. Pupils were well-prepared and confidently approached their exams with the guidance of their class mentors. We are proud of the discipline and time management shown by every learner during this academic period.

Exams are not only a time of assessment but also a reflection of the school’s commitment to academic excellence. We look forward to celebrating the hard work of our pupils through detailed performance reviews and continued academic support in the new term.
